At WholesaleParts Guru, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward return policy to make things simple in case you need to return or cancel an order.

Please take a moment to read the policy below so you understand how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled.


1. Cancelling or Returning an Order

A. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that’s damaged or doesn’t work properly:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • No restocking fee applies in these cases.

B. Change of Mind

Changed your mind after placing an order? No problem. Here's what you need to know:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping unless the item is defective.

C. Opened Items

If the item has been opened but is still in like-new condition:

  • You may still return it, but a restocking fee may apply.

  • All original parts, accessories, and packaging must be included.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective.


2. Cancelling Before Shipment

If your order hasn’t shipped yet:

  • You can cancel for a full refund with no fees.

  • If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the standard return process, and a restocking fee may apply.


3. How Refunds Work

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

  • If the returned item is damaged, used, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund or no refund, depending on the condition.


4. Returns Process

To return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return and get a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

  2. Pack the item securely in the original box with all parts and paperwork.

  3. Ship it back using the instructions provided by our team.

Please note: We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.


5. Items Damaged in Transit

If your package was damaged during shipping:

  • Contact us right away with a description and photos of the damage.

  • We’ll arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.

  • We’re here to make it right—quickly and fairly.
